Coaching Intensives 
Do you feel stuck or at a crossroads in making a big life decision?
You are making a decision around career choice, an academic program, a relationship choice or any other big decision that can potentially be life altering. 
You may know what you want, but feel challenged to take the step, or may not even know what you want. In either case, it can be confusing, overwhelming and stressful.  
This 2-hour intensive is designed to help you gain clarity, make a decision with ease, and move forward with confidence and peace. 
What We Can Accomplish in Just 2 Hours!
Depending on the type of decision you are struggling with, the approach and tools will be different. Yet, all intensives address the following three parts:
Part 1: THE PAST

In this section, we will find out your story. Everything you are proud of and everything you are challenged by. We will look at the "Perfect System" currently at work that continues to create your challenges, reframe your failures and create a new context. We will find your gifts, discover your "Zone of Genius" and start bringing it into your future. 

Part 2: THE FUTURE

We will draw your "Big Dream" for the future in a very experiential way with your desired experiences, growth, lifestyle and contribution. We will analyze your goals that may seem impossible at this point, or get clear on your goals if you are uncertain of them. The future we desire is built step-by-step in the "here and now". The work that really needs to be done is the present. 

Part 3: THE PRESENT

The past and the future don't exist. There is only the present moment, and what we choose to do moment-by-moment shapes our future. In this section, we will craft your guiding questions and develop an understanding that the goal is not a place to get to, but rather a place to come from. We will break down the goals into tiny steps, and you will be able to take the first step the very next day. You will leave the intensive with clarity, empowerment, actionable steps, accountability plan, and a commitment to yourself. And in that entire process, we will have lots of fun!
