"The world will ask you who you are, and if you don't know,

the world will tell you."

Throughout my 20-year career in education, where I've held roles as a teacher, program leader, and school administrator, I've had the incredible privilege of instructing and coaching numerous children, teenagers, and young adults. Additionally, I've had extensive travel experiences, leading groups of adolescents to various destinations worldwide as a primary leader for a student exchange organization. Witnessing the remarkable growth and transformation of these young individuals during these journeys has been nothing short of extraordinary. From my vantage point, the most profound impact and positive change I've observed in these youth have always been through coaching.

Coaching, with its person-centric and growth-focused approach, has consistently proven to be a powerful tool for self-exploration and personal development among the youth I've worked with. It facilitates self-awareness, instills confidence, nurtures healthy social connections, and aids in achieving objectives that resonate with their personal values, interests, and strengths. This process, in turn, leads to a life characterized by genuine happiness, fulfillment, and the realization of their true potential, both personally and professionally, enabling them to make significant contributions to the world.

Clients call me...

Transformation Guide. Growth Catalyst. Unconventional Educator.
Intentional Leader. Learning Connector. Conscious Mother.
World Traveler. Always a Student.

In addition to my professional background as a coach and educator, my personal journey strongly influences my role as a life coach for teens, young adults, and their parents. You see, my understanding of who I truly was and what I aspired to be in life began to crystalize at the age of 13. I had a clear sense of my authentic self, guided by my intuition and unique abilities. However, my family's beliefs contradicted my own comprehension of myself. During adolescence, we often possess profound self-awareness, yet struggle to articulate it effectively due to limited vocabulary and expression. Unfortunately, societal and cultural pressures frequently lead us astray, pushing us to pursue external rewards rather than remaining true to our genuine selves. This is precisely what occurred in my case.

Reflecting on that period, I yearned for guidance and support to help me stay true to my authentic self and make choices in harmony with it. I wished I had a life coach during my teenage years and early adulthood. Now, as I look back on my personal journey, my mission is clear: to assist young individuals in uncovering their authentic happiness and purpose. I believe it is my vocation to guide the youth in the exploration of their true selves and help them lead a life that resonates with their essence. My own life experiences serve as a driving force for this aspiration, and I am resolute in making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.
